Designing strategy is hard. Executing strategy to achieve the desired results is even harder. In any business, our success is predicated on designing and executing strategy to sustain and thrive. Our employees, customers, communities and other stake holders count on us for this and it’s up to us to deliver.
This session will assist you in:
- Designing the right strategy for your organization
- Building engagement at all levels (employees need to carry the change – leaders can’t)
- Incorporating a deliberate change management approach to increase your success
- Developing an implementation structure to increase odds of achieving your desired results
