ABOUT THE PRESENTER
My name is Robe Wenig and I recently moved from Tokyo to Menomonie. I'm a corporate leader who believes in developing others and helping people achieve their potential. In my last role in Japan, I had the opportunity to head the Customer Experience Management team and build a customer-first transformation for the whole organization. I have learned the importance of listening to our customers and how it affects our brand. I'm fortunate to be able to continue my passion for developing a likable customer experience as the Head of Customer Experience for Culligan Water.
