Protecting Your Energy as a Female Entrepreneur

When: Tuesday, August 20, 2024  |  12 PM to 1 PM
Topic: Business Basics

Entrepreneur generally isn't our only title. We are mothers, spouses, caregivers, supporters and friends. Because of that, we often are pulled in many directions which can lead to fatigue and burnout. Protecting your energy is understanding what drains and replenishes you, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Setting limits to what people can expect from you and what you should expect from yourself and recognizing when and how and when to recharge is key in maintaining a healthy and sustainable approach to work and life.
