Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council - Western Dairyland Community Action Agency was established June 6, 1966, under the Economic Opportunity Act to help disadvantaged individuals in Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson, and Trempealeau counties located in West Central Wisconsin. The agency's mission is to alleviate poverty related conditions and provide opportunities which enable people to advance economically and socially.

Badgercare Plus

FoodShare Wisconsin - FoodShare Wisconsin was created to help stop hunger and to improve nutrition and health. FoodShare helps people with limited money buy the food they need for good health.

Home Energy Plus - The Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) administers the federally funded Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Public Benefits Energy Assistance Program. LIHEAP and its related services help approximately 230,000 Wisconsin households annually.

Wisconsin WIC Program - The purpose of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is to promote and maintain the health and well-being of nutritionally at-risk pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children. 

Wisconsin Judicare, Inc. - A non-profit law firm dedicated to providing equal access to justice for northern Wisconsin residents.
