Cash Flow Management

Small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs are invited to attend "Cash Flow Management" on Wednesday, October 4th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Western Dairyland Community Action Agency, 418 Wisconsin St, Eau Claire. This FREE class is sponsored by Associated Bank, the Western Wisconsin Chapter of SCORE and the Western Dairyland Women's Business Center.
As a small business owner, it is important to know how much cash is moving in and out of your business. You need to think ahead in order to meet financial obligations and run a profitable business on a long-term basis. After completing this module, participants will be able to:
Understand the purpose of cash flow management in a small business.
Make cash flow projections based on the cash cycle.
Identify some ways to manage cash flow, including receivables and payables.
Work more effectively with technical experts.
Cash Flow Management is part of the Money Smart for Small Business series developed jointly by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide a practical introduction to topics related to starting and managing a business. This course is taught by Theresa ONeel, Vice President Market Manager at Associated Bank.
